Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Concordia Systems (“we,” “us”) builds automation tools for specific business tasks, including the Invoice Consolidation Tool and Sheetsync described on our Case Studies page. This policy covers this website and those tools. It doesn't cover third-party sites we link to, like Cal.com or Smartsheet, which have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
If you book a call, we collect the name, email, and any details you provide through our scheduling tool, Cal.com. If you use one of our tools, we process the specific business documents or messages that tool is built to handle — for example, commercial invoices for the Invoice Consolidation Tool, or M-Pesa SMS messages for Sheetsync. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run the specific task the tool was built for.
How we use it
Data is used to deliver the service you've engaged us for — consolidating an invoice, categorizing an expense — and nothing else. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the specific integration a tool requires (for instance, Sheetsync writing categorized transactions to your own Smartsheet account). Retention depends on your specific setup; ask on your call for the details that apply to you.
Third-party services
This site uses Cal.com for scheduling calls, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Vercel Web Analytics doesn't use cookies and doesn't track individual visitors across other sites — it reports aggregate traffic only. Sheetsync requires your own Smartsheet account, which has its own privacy policy governing data you store there.
Your options
For questions about your data, or to request it be deleted, email uwais [at] concordiasystems.co. We'll respond directly rather than through an automated process.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update the date above and, for active clients, let you know directly.
